At Curb Appeal Pressure Washing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services that meet or exceed expectations. Because each job is customized to your property, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion.

  • We will gladly return to inspect the work and, if necessary, re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will only be considered after we have had the opportunity to correct the issue.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Services were not completed as described in your written or verbal agreement.

  • Damage was caused solely by our negligence (must be documented and reviewed).

  • A scheduling error or overpayment occurred on our end.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions discovered during cleaning.

  • Surfaces that react unpredictably to standard cleaning solutions.

  • Dissatisfaction due to issues outside of our control (e.g., water supply interruptions, severe weather delays, or customer not preparing the site as requested).

3. Deposits

  • Deposits (if required) are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

4. Method of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or cash).

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
