At Curb Appeal Pressure Washing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services that meet or exceed expectations. Because each job is customized to your property, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion.

We will gladly return to inspect the work and, if necessary, re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be considered after we have had the opportunity to correct the issue.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Services were not completed as described in your written or verbal agreement.

Damage was caused solely by our negligence (must be documented and reviewed).

A scheduling error or overpayment occurred on our end.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions discovered during cleaning.

Surfaces that react unpredictably to standard cleaning solutions.

Dissatisfaction due to issues outside of our control (e.g., water supply interruptions, severe weather delays, or customer not preparing the site as requested).
3. Deposits

Deposits (if required) are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
4. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or cash).

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
